Setting up your Account

Setting up your account is easy in FreshPlan.

Your advisor name will already be visible in your software, and you can add and change any of your other information to personalize your software further.

Simply click on My Account to view and change any of the following:

  1. Advisor Information
  2. Address
  3. Logo and Cover Page – the contact information appears on your cover page
  4. Infographics settings – the contact information appears on infographics
  5. Calculator settings –
    • clear number in cell when selected
    • auto-save
  6. License details
  7. Password reset
